WILDLIFE TOURS feature birding in Australia and/or New Zealand. While the diversity of wildlife in Australia needs no introduction, New Zealand can lay claim to an extraordinary number of endemic and rare bird species.

Our Wildlife itineraries are prepared on demand as fully guided tours for interested groups or self drive tours for individuals. They may be combined with botanical trips such as our Birds in the Bush Tours. As always, all arrangements are pre-booked so you travel with no worries. We send you off with an itinerary complete down to every last detail including driving directions and suggested restaurants.

WALKING ON THE WILDSIDE TOURS are also prepared on demand as fully guided trips such as our Nifty over Fifty Tours or self drive tours for individuals. These trips combine walking and wildlife. They are neither birdwatching tours nor are they grueling programs of mountain climbing and long distance hiking. Rather, they are relaxed trips through remote New Zealand spending as little time as possible in the vehicle and as much time as possible enjoying walks and other activities such as kayaking where wildlife is abundant.
